Invest A/S, Tele Danmark Consult A/S, TDCMI VII ApS, TDCMI VIII ApS, TDCMI IX
ApS, Ejendoms- og Investeringsselskabet af 30. januar 2001 A/S, TDCM X ApS og
TDCM XI ApS. The merger is having retroactive effect from January 1, 2007.
