GainClients to Launch E-Listing Advantage Real Estate Marketing Tool for FSBO Market

TUCSON, Ariz., Oct. 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- GainClients, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GCLT), a provider of On Demand real estate marketing, is preparing to launch its new marketing software, E-Listing Advantage, to the For Sale By Owner (FSBO) market. E-Listing Advantage is an innovative marketing tool for mortgage professionals that allows loan officers to provide a syndicated listing service for FSBO listings (sellers) for free.

E-Listing Advantage provides a mini-website for each FSBO listing where a loan officer can market their financing services and the sellers' property on all major online advertising websites like Google Base, Craigslist, Vast, Live Deal, City Crib, Oodle and Kifjiji. Through the GainClients system, each listing will automatically feed into the online websites creating a syndicated listing service for FSBO properties.

The GainClients' E-Listing Advantage software is considered to be a well-timed solution to the weak real estate market for mortgage professionals who need to market their services and generate leads. "This service allows loan officers to be more competitive, generate new business, and provide a significant value to FSBO consumers," said Ray Desmond, president and CEO of GainClients. "And, it allows us to provide a valuable service to the loan officer and the company by utilizing the power of the collective community and automation to reach a bigger buying audience." GainClients will generate revenue from the E-Listing Advantage service through users sales, and banner ad sales placed on each listing site.

GainClients is set to launch the new technology during the fourth quarter 2007 that will give loan officers access to the For Sale By Owner (FSBO) sales market, which is estimated to be 13% of all home sales. The company expects to receive considerable interest from the mortgage industry and is in the process of previewing the product with major players in the real estate industry. The company will also roll-out a similar product for real estate agents that will allow them to market their listings at the syndication level and attract FSBO sellers who are struggling to sell their properties.
