Legacy Reserves LP Closes On $74 Million of Acquisitions


MIDLAND, Texas, Oct. 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Legacy Reserves LP (Nasdaq:LGCY) today announced it has closed two previously announced acquisitions, one located in the panhandle of Texas from certain private sellers for $60.5 million and one located in the Permian Basin from certain private sellers for $13.5 million. Both transactions are subject to customary post closing adjustments.
