Dantherm's French subsidiary in the Process Ventilation business segment,
Dantherm Filtration SAS, today signed an agreement to sell the Company's
finishing line activities. The purchaser of the activities is a company already
operating in this business area.
The sale is part of Dantherm's continuing plans to focus on industrial air
filtration activities.
The annual revenue of the business area is in the range of DKK 60-80 million.
The sale is not expected to affect the earnings for the year, and the
performance guidance issued previously for the Dantherm Group is accordingly
maintained.
