License agreement with BMW on Husqvarna brand

Husqvarna has signed a license agreement with BMW of Germany regarding the use
of the Husqvarna brand for motorcycles. The agreement was signed in connection
with BMW's acquisition of the motorcycle-operation from MV Augusta of Italy,
which has now been finalized.

The license agreement stipulates that BMW has the right to use the Husqvarna
brand for motorcycles as well as related products and services.

Husqvarna manufactured motorcyles from 1903 until 1987. The operation was then
sold to Cagiva of Italy, which is part of MV Augusta. Husqvarna is one of the
world's oldest and most renowned motorcycle brands, with a large number of world
championships in Enduro and motocross.
