Kesselring Holding Corporation Announces Changes in CFO Position


SARASOTA, Fla., Oct. 5, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Kesselring Holding Corporation (OTCBB:KSSH) announces a change in its Chief Financial Officer position.

Laura Camisa, who joined our subsidiary, Kesselring Corporation, as CFO in January 2007, was subsequently appointed as our CFO in May 2007. She has commuted from her home in Vero Beach, Florida, to assist the Company's financial efforts as Kesselring Holding Corporation developed as a public company through its acquisition of Kesselring Corporation in May 2007. Ms. Camisa submitted her resignation on October 5, 2007.

Virgil Sandifer, Kesselring Holding Corporation Board Member and former CFO, has stepped in as interim CFO as the company completes its search for a new CFO. Working closely with Mr. Sandifer will be Allen Eckerle, Corporate Controller.

Clifford H. Wildes, Chairman of the Board, thanked Ms. Camisa and recognized her contributions through the initial public start-up phase and the end of the fiscal year.
