OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki has today issued a public warning concerning Stora Enso's second quarter communications. On 26 July 2007 Hugin, which was then responsible for issuing Stora Enso's stock exchange releases, published Stora Enso's second quarter interim review on Stora Enso's English Internet pages one hour before the time specified by the Company. This was due to human error on Hugin's part, which it has acknowledged. Following this unfortunate error, Stora Enso has transferred responsibility for issuing its stock exchange releases from Hugin to OMX News Distribution Service to ensure simultaneous disclosure of material information to all parties on the financial markets. This change does not require any actions by Stora Enso's stakeholders.
