NCC and SL sign partnering agreement worth SEK 210 million for new bus depot

NCC Construction Sweden has entered into a partnering agreement with Stockholm
Transport (SL) to build a new bus depot in the Lunda industrial area of
Stockholm. The assignment is expected to amount to approximately SEK 210 million
and the new bus depot is scheduled to be completed during the first quarter
2009. Plans and preparations are currently under way for the construction
project, which is expected to begin in December 2007.

Until December, NCC and SL will work out the final details of the assignment,
including an agreement regarding a target price for the project. NCC has offered
an organization of six people for the initial planning stage. After that, the
actual construction work will commence and continue until the first quarter of
2009.

The bus depot will be located on two properties. The first will house a repair
shop, staff facilities and offices covering approximately 5,000 square meters.
The second will include an 1,300-square-meter washing facility and a parking
area for the buses. The floor area will be about 25,000 square meters, with
parking spaces for approximately 75 buses.

Partnering is a structured cooperation format applied in the construction
industry, whereby the developer, consultants and contractors jointly solve
construction assignments through open and trusting cooperation in which each
person contributes complementary professional knowledge throughout all stages of
the project.

Order registration is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2007.
