(Nasdaq:WFII), a leading national defense and security solutions provider, announced today that it has been awarded re-compete contracts with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) for the e-Tools and WAN programs. Both contracts have a one year base period and two one-year option periods. The combined total value of the re-compete awards is approximately $22 million, if all option periods are exercised.
