Kratos Defense & Security Awarded Re-compete Contracts From Defense Contract Management Agency Totaling Approximately $22 Million


SAN DIEGO, Oct. 8, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS) (formerly Wireless Facilities, Inc.) (Nasdaq:WFII), a leading national defense and security solutions provider, announced today that it has been awarded re-compete contracts with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) for the e-Tools and WAN programs. Both contracts have a one year base period and two one-year option periods. The combined total value of the re-compete awards is approximately $22 million, if all option periods are exercised.
