8 October 2007 Company announcement no. 17-07 Søndagsavisen a-s extends the Management Board with a director of the Media Online activities. New director of the Group's distribution activities. • Hans Henrik Lund takes on the position as director of the Media Online activities on 8 October 2007. • Christian Lanng Nielsen takes on the position as director of the distribution activities on 24 October 2007. • Hans Henrik Lund and Christian Lanng Nielsen will both join Søndagsavisen a-s' Management Board To strengthen the development of the Media Online area and to ensure execution of a solid profitable growth strategy, the board of directors of Søndagsavisen a-s has decided to extend the Management Board with a director responsible for the Media Online area. Media Online comprises the Group's newspaper and internet activities. Søndagsavisen a-s publishes i.a. Søndagsavisen in Denmark, Mitt i in Sweden, Byavisa Trondheim in Norway and are active on the internet with OFiR, Forum, Boligportal, Plushandel and MatchWork. The director must ensure increased product development with a strong focus on customer demand and at the same time ensure exploitation of the synergies between print and online and between the individual business units within the Media Online area. Hans Henrik Lund who comes from a position as CEO of GN Netcom has in previous jobs demonstrated the ability to develop the right strategies and not least to execute them in a goal-oriented and successful way. He has a clear business approach to the task with a sharp focus on the customers. Hans Henrik Lund is member of the board of directors of Royal Copenhagen A/S and Traen Informationssystemer A/S. On 24 October 2007 Christian Lanng Nielsen takes on the position as director of the Group's total distribution activities. Christian Lanng Nielsen made a career in TDC, where he i.a. was Director of Installations in TDC and managing director of TDC Forlag. He has made remarkable results in particular in connection with the execution of first a turn-around which was then followed by sale of TDC forlag.
