MALVERN, PA--(Marketwire - October 10, 2007) - Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AUXL) will webcast its analyst and institutional investor meeting to be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, on Park Avenue at Grand Central, in New York City on Wednesday, October 17, 2007.

The event will feature a discussion of clinical data and potential future commercial opportunities for XIAFLEX™, the Company's lead pipeline candidate that is currently in phase III development for the treatment of Dupuytren's contracture and in phase II development for the treatment of Peyronie's disease.
