On Thursday, 4th October 2007 United Utilities (Tallinn) BV recalled Joanne Bream from the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi and named David Leonard Fuller as a new member of the Supervisory Council. David Leonard Fuller has an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from London and an MBA from Strathclyde Business School in Scotland. He has 20 years experience in infrastructure and construction contracting businesses, the last 5 years of which have been with United Utilities group. He is specialised mainly on commercial and contract management of international concession contracts. David Leonard Fuller does not own any shares of AS Tallinna Vesi. As of today the members of AS Tallinna Vesi Supervisory Council are Robert John Gallienne, David John Kilgour (UU), Henry Russell (EBRD), David Fuller (UU), Rein Ratas (Tallinn City), Elmar Sepp (Tallinn City), Deniss Boroditš (Tallinn City), Helo Meigas (independent) and Valdur Laid (independent).
