HealthSport Teams with Incline Sports for International Distribution Deal

Australian Company Signs on to Distribute Enlyten SportStrips in Five International Territories

AMHERST, N.Y., Oct. 11, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HealthSport, Inc. (OTCBB:HSPO) announced today that its thin-strip electrolyte replenishment sports product, the Enlyten(tm) SportStrips(tm) (http://enlytenstrips.com), will be distributed throughout Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Southeast Asia and Singapore by Incline Sports Pty Ltd (www.incline.com.au), one of Australia's premier distributors of sports performance products. Incline Sports, led by Director Peter Nimmo, aligns itself with innovative companies who develop and market cutting-edge technologies that respond to the needs of athletes, particularly in the international community.

Incline Sports, instrumental in the launch three years ago of two other brands now synonymous with elite and endurance athletes, Accelerade and Endurox R4, targets several different sports markets including Cycling, Triathlon, Nutrition, Sailing, Windsurfing, and Aussie Football and Rugby. Incline, sponsor of many athletes across these markets, plans to do so with Enlyten SportStrips and will deliver SportStrips to areas around the world where climates provide some of the toughest tests for athletes.

Peter Nimmo, Director of Incline Sports, stated, "It's my mission to align Incline with companies like HealthSport which is poised to make a tremendous worldwide impact in the sports and nutrition markets. Enlyten SportStrips, with their advanced delivery process, will undoubtedly change the way all athletes administer their electrolytes and nutrient needs. For competitive athletes to be able to absorb vital supplements directly into the blood stream, they will now be able to reduce gastro-intestinal related problems known to cause significant performance loss. Enlyten really represents the future of sports nutrition which is what Incline Sports is all about."

The Enlyten SportStrip has been gaining in popularity over the last year as pro, college, and elite athletes and trainers across many disciplines began to use the strips and to spread the word throughout the sports community about the performance benefits that they were experiencing. By simply being able to speed up the delivery of significantly higher levels of electrolytes through the soft tissue of the inner cheek (buccal mucosa), these athletes reported measurable improvements in performance and alertness by virtue of the fact that they were reducing the adverse effects of dehydration. Consistent electrolyte replenishment allowed cells to properly rehydrate, and Enlyten's ability to bypass the inherent drawbacks of gastric absorption, especially as it applies to athletes fully engaged in high level physical activity, was a significant improvement in the delivery of electrolytes critical to proper muscle and nerve function.

"This new partnership with Incline Sports reinforces the significance of our novel electrolyte delivery system and the impact that it stands to make on all sports around the world," said Gary Thomas, Vice President of Sales for Enlyten, Inc. "We will work together with Incline to expand the distribution of Enlyten SportStrips into many more international territories."

About Enlyten SportStrips

Enlyten(tm) SportStrips(tm) (http://enlytenstrips.com) replace the electrolytes lost during vigorous workouts through a proprietary buccal mucosa delivery system, a mode of absorption through the soft tissue of the inner cheek known scientifically to be an extremely fast and efficient way to deliver drug actives into the bloodstream. By placing the thin strip between the cheek and gum, gastric absorption is bypassed speeding higher levels of electrolytes directly into the bloodstream. Not only does this dramatically improve hydration on a cellular level, but it also helps athletes to avoid problems associated with sports drinks like excessive fluid and sugar consumption. Absorption through the buccal mucosa bypasses the inherent drawbacks of gastric absorption, an Achilles heel for many athletes who struggle with fatigue, cramping and hydration issues. Recent tests have been conducted in conjunction with physicians and scientists at Duke University Sports Medicine & The Michael W. Krzyzewski Human Performance Laboratory ("K Lab'') (http://klab.surgery.duke.edu). Preliminary findings of these tests suggest that the Enlyten SportStrips deliver meaningful amounts of electrolytes to the body in a safe, fast and effective manner.
