The shareholders meeting of AS “PrivatBank” has elected the Council for the next term of office. Yuriy Pikush has been elected the Chairman of the Council, Viktor Samarin - the Deputy Chairman of the Council, Oleksandr Vityaz has been elected as a member of the Council and Igor Dr. Huk is a new member of the Council. Igor Dr. Huk is a professor at the University of Vienna, a member of the Ukrainian National Academy of Science and of the Ukrainian Higher Education Academy. He has gained outstanding experience in issues related to economics, conducting and organising international conferences, facilitating international investments and establishing business contacts.
