Company Announcement in connection to request to go to an appointment at the Security Police Board

AS Merko Ehitus informs that Toomas Annus, the chairman of the
supervisory board of the company, has been requested to go to
an appointment at the Security Police Board next week. 

The aim of the supervisory board and management of AS Merko Ehitus
is to guarantee the maximum protection of the rights of investors
in the present situation, and AS Merko Ehitus shall continue
to inform the Stock Exchange as any updates and new facts are revealed. 

The aforementioned events will not affect the everyday operation
of AS Merko Ehitus and the company will continue to fulfil clients'
orders as so far.
