Lars Nyberg to leave IBS Board of Directors Lars Nyberg, Chairman of the IBS Board, today informed the IBS Board of Directors that he intends to leave the Board at the next scheduled Board meeting, which will be held on October 25. At this meeting, the Board of Directors will address the matter of the appointment of a new Chairman of the Board. In July, Lars Nyberg was appointed new President and Chief Executive Officer of TeliaSonera. For reasons of time, the new assignment is not compatible with being Chairman of the IBS Board. This has resulted in Lars Nyberg's decision to leave the Board at the next scheduled Board meeting. Further information regarding the matter of the appointment of a new Chairman will be provided in connection with the IBS quarterly report for the period January to September 2007, which will be published at 8 a.m. on October 26.
