Hvetbo A/S is the continuing company with the name Sparekassen Hvetbo A/S. In this connection the guarantors in Sparekassen Hvetbo are offered to convert their capital adequacy to shares in Sparekassen Hvetbo. The share capital of Sparekassen Hvetbo will be increased by 660,200 new shares each bearing a face value of DKK 100. Subscription price per share is DKK 200. Each warranty bearing a face value of DKK 1,000 can be converted into 5 new shares when converting capital adequacy. Fonden for Sparekassen Hvetbo has made an irrevocable guarantee for subscribing the shares which are not subscribed by the guarantors. The conversion period will commence on 22 October 2007 at 9.00 AM and closes on 2 November 2007 at 4 PM. Before the conversion of capital adequacy the share capital of Sparekassen Hvetbo is DKK 163,630,100, corresponding to 1,636,301 shares each bearing a face value of DKK 100.
