The CAST Reseller Program Will Boost New Opportunities for Business Growth and Leverage Local Expertise in Uncharted Territories


NEW YORK, Oct. 17, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- CAST announces today the launch of its reseller program to support the growing demand for application intelligence software throughout the world. At the outset, the partner program is being launched with six highly-qualified regional Systems Integrators (SI) as participants. This strategic initiative led by CAST and its industry partners is intended to help customers boost the quality of their software and the performance of their development teams, wherever they are.

CAST has set up direct sales operations in all the major European countries and in North America, and is now looking forward to developing revenue in other territories such as Eastern Europe, the Nordic countries, South America and Asia. The strategy is to work with key local partners that would be in charge of introducing, promoting and reselling CAST software in these markets. CAST has thus developed a comprehensive, worldwide Reseller Program to support them. The program is a combination of technical, training, sales, marketing and account management support.

Who participates

This program is intended for software companies, service providers and distributors with a proven track record, who want to help their customers run continual and objective assessments of the internal quality of their applications, and who want to do so automatically.

How it works

By signing up a start-up investment kit, all resellers will receive advanced technical and sales training on CAST's product and have access to all of CAST's marketing resources. Targeted accounts are agreed upon by both parties in the geographical region covered by each reseller.

What is on offer

Resellers will be responsible for the selling and licensing of the CAST Application Intelligence Platform, which automatically generates the visibility managers need to measure, control and improve application internal quality and development team performance.
