The correction concerns trading on a “when-issued basis”.

On request by HMS Networks AB OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm has approved a listing of the company’s shares on OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm, with effect from October 19th, 2007. 

During the period between October 19 and October 24, 2007 the trading in the shares of HMS Networks AB is conditioned of certain events, see below. The shares will during this period be traded under the heading “When-issued”.

Quotation of share capital is SEK 1 057 165 and number of listed shares is 10 571 650.
