Invitation to Gunnebo's capital market day in Stockholm on 19 December 2007

Gunnebo security group will be holding its annual capital market day at the
Scandic Anglais Hotel, Stockholm between 12 noon and approximately 6.30 p.m. on
Wednesday 19 December 2007. The reason for the change of date - Gunnebo has
already provisionally announced that the event would take place on 8 November -
is that Gunnebo will be in a position to give the market better guidance
regarding 2008 near the end of December rather than early in November.

Last year's capital market day took place on 14 November in Stockholm, and
Gunnebo has previously held its CMD abroad every other year. Taking into
consideration comments expressed during telephone follow-ups of last year's
capital market day we have however also decided to hold this year's event in
Stockholm.

The day's programme will provisionally be as follows:

* Result of Gunnebo One Company and ongoing activities
* Presentation of Customer Centre Gunnebo France
* Presentation of Gunnebo's strategies for products and systems on the basis of
three concepts:
- Secure storage: automated bank boxes
- Secure access: airport security
- Secure cash handling: SafePay™
* Comments on Gunnebo's investments in IT and logistics
* Q&A relating to Gunnebo's business activities
