The extraordinary shareholders meeting of the JSC Baltic Trust Bank elected a new Council of the Bank composed of seven members. Niels Christian Aall (Chairman of the Council), Helen Louise Heslop (Vice - Chairman of the Council) and members of the Council Carl Magnus Berggren, Dmitrijs Cimbers, Eva Ekwall, Jan Sjoberg and Ebba Agneta Schwieler are elected to the Council. The Council of the JSC Baltic Trust Bank elected Asim Yuzbasioglu as the member of the Executive Board of the Bank. The Chairman of the Executive Board Ieva Racenaja and its members Kaspars Krauze, Nina Sadurskis, Edite Sipola and Inga Vagele continue their work in the Executive Board of the Bank. The new member of the Executive Board does not hold any shares.
