Leena Saarinen to resign from Atria Group Plc's Board of Directors              

Leena Saarinen M.Sc. will resign from Atria Group Plc's Board of Directors on 22
October 2007, having accepted the post of President and CEO at Tradeka Ltd.     

The Supervisory Board of Atria Group Plc appointed Leena Saarinen to the Board  
of Directors at the organisation meeting following the annual general meeting on
27 June 2006.                                                                   

Atria Group Plc's Board of Directors now has the following membership: Chairman 
Martti Selin; Vice-Chairman Timo Komulainen; members Tuomo Heikkilä, Runar      
Lillandt, Matti Tikkakoski and Ilkka Yliluoma.
