Peab to build at Östermalmstorg in Stockholm

Peab has won the contract to build flats, offices and stores at Östermalmstorg
in the central part of Stockholm. The contract amounts to SEK 302 million and
the client is Deamatris Förvaltnings AB.

It is a turn-key contract, starting in October 2007 and it is estimated to be
ready for moving in during October 2009.
