AS “Trasta komercbanka” mortgage bonds to be listed on the Riga Stock Exchange

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of October 22 to   
list, starting with October 26, 2007, AS “Trasta komercbanka” series 01/EUR     
mortgage bonds: 50 000 bonds, nominal value - EUR 100. Total amount of emission 
5 000 000 EUR                                                                   

The bonds mature on December 1, 2012; annual coupon rate is 3-month EUR EURIBOR 
+ 1.4 %; coupon is paid on quarterly basis on March 1, June 1, September 1,     
December 1. ISIN code is LV0000800415, the Riga Stock Exchange trading code is  
TKRBFLOT12AB and SAXESS order book technical ID is 43373.                       


The issue prospectus has been registered with the Financial and Capital Market  
Commission on January 26, 2007.
