JSC “Reģionālā investīciju banka” Obl. RIB08 (ISIN code LV0000800365) coupon
rate from the 27th of October year 2007 till the 26th of April year 2008
(incl.) is fixed at 7.848%. 7.848% = (EURIBOR 6M 24. Okt.2007) 4.598 % +3.25 % 

On the 29th of October year 2007 JSC “Reģionālā investīciju banka” will
transfer coupon payment for Notes (ISIN LV0000800407) accrued from the 27th of
April year 2007 till the 26th of October year 2007 (incl.). For period from the
27th of April year 2007 till the 26th of October year 2007 (incl.) coupon rate
was fixed at 7.3675% p.a.
