On 24 October 2007, Baltic Property Trust A/S repurchased 100% of its 50,000 (fifty thousand) intangible registered bonds with the nominal value of EUR 100 (one hundred) each, with the maturity of 3 years, in total nominal value of EUR 5,000,000 (five million), annual interest 4.5% from the nominal value.
