The number of subscribers to Starman's fixed voice telephone network services went above 40,000

On Monday, October 22, the number of subscribers to Starman's fixed voice
telephone network services went above 40,000. This means that the company's
market share among the clients, residing in an area covered by fixed voice
telephone network, amounted to 55 per cent and to 12 per cent of the market
share of fixed voice telephone network services provided to private clients. 

Large number of Starman's clients, subscribing to fixed voice telephone network
services, have used the number portability alternative and got transferred from
the network of some other service provider, above all, Elion. 

Starman offers voice calls inside the network free of charge and calls to
Elion's network at 25 cents/minute. The triple package includes Starman's fixed
voice telephone network services without any extra monthly fee. 

Starman started the provision of fixed voice telephone services in 2005. The
company provides fixed voice telephone services on the basis of its own cable
network. The number of clients, subscribing to Starman's fixed voice telephone
network services, has grown by a third over the last year. 

Starman is the largest provide on cable-network based television, internet and
voice telephone services in Estonia, having, in total, more than 130,000
clients subscribing to digital and analogue signal TV services. In addition to
the cable network Starman also transmits TV-services over terrestrial
transmitters, offering digital television services via ZUUMtv. 

The stock of AS Starman is entered into in the main list of Tallinn Stock
Exchange.
