TDC announces that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Hans Munk Nielsen, aged 61,
after more than 16 years as CFO and member of the Executive Committee of TDC
A/S wishes to retire from his post at the latest by the end of January 2008. A
successor will be announced in due course.
