Changes in composition of the Listing and Surveillance Committee


Today, on October 25, 2007, the Supervisory Board of the Tallinn Stock Exchange
(TSE) appointed two new members to the Listing and Surveillance Committee of
TSE - Mart Altvee and Tõnu Vanajuur, who will replace Indrek Rahumaa and Kalle
Norberg. 

Previous change in the composition of the Committee took place on September 24,
2007, when the Supervisory Board appointed Hannes Vallikivi as a new member of
the Committee to replace Aare Tammemäe. 

The Listing and Surveillance Committee consists of eight members as follows:

Riho Rasmann (Chairman of the Committee) - SBM Bank, Chairman of Management
Board 
Erkki Raasuke - Hansapank, Chairman of Management Board 
Mart Altvee - OÜ MALM Invest, Member of Management Board
Mart Habakuk - EBS, Chairman of Supervisory Board; AS Metro Capital, Chairman
of Management Board 
Janno Luurmees - Bank of Estonia, Head of Financial Market Department
Sven Papp - Raidla & Partners Law Firm, Attorney at Law, Partner
Hannes Vallikivi - Tark & Co Law Firm, Attorney at Law, Partner
Tõnu Vanajuur - AS Sampo Pank, Member of the Management Board, Director of
Personal and Retail Banking 

Duties of the Committee include listing, admission to trading, delisting and,
under TSE Rules, surveillance over listed companies and member firms, including
imposing sanctions.
