3. Adjusted results of AB “Utenos trikotažas” activities for I-st half-year and preliminary results three-quarter of 2007.

AB “Utenos trikotažas” adjusted the results for the I-st half of 2007.  Sales
for the period 59 604 thous. LTL (17 263 thous. EUR), un-audited net profit 1
991 thous. LTL (576,8 thous EUR). The I-st half results of the company have
been adjusted after conclusion that sales for the period was reported not in
accordance with TFAS. After adjustments, companies‘ sales for the period
deducted by 5 550 thous. LTL, net profit deducted by 2 308 thous. LTL. The
company will provide the adjusted Interim consolidated report for 6 months of
2007 at 2007.10.31. 
  AB “Utenos trikotažas” results for 9 months of 2007: sales for the period 88
052 thous. LTL (25 502 thous. EUR), un-audited net profit 1 039 thous. LTL (301
thous. EUR). 
  The lower than expected results for 2007 I-st half and III-rd quarter
resulted from low utilization of production capacities, particularly in
Ukraine. This led to company being unable to accept all production orders from
it's customers
