Press release Gunnebo, 26 October 2007   Gunnebo Industrier nominating committee

The 2007 annual general meeting voted that the nominating committee would
consist of representatives of the three largest shareholders as of 30 September
2007, and that the chairman of the board would be the convener.

IF Skadeförsäkrings AB, the third largest shareholder, has declined
representation on the nominating committee. Handelsbanken Fonder, the fourth
largest shareholder, is represented instead.

The members of the nominating committee appointed ahead of the 2008 annual
general meeting are:

Nils-Olov Jönsson. Vätterledens Invest AB, including affiliates (23.4%)
Martin Svalstedt, Stena Adactum AB, including affiliates (14.0%)
Joachim Spetz, Handelsbanken Fonder (7.7%) 

The nominating committee, which is convened by board chairman Bjarne Holmqvist,
accounts per 30 September for a total of 45.1% of the company's capital and
votes.

Among the committee's duties is to submit proposals to the annual general
meeting concerning the chairman and composition of the board, board fees and any
remuneration for the work of other committees, as well as auditors and auditor
fees when applicable.
