NCC to build police headquarters outside Oslo for SEK 202 million

NCC Construction AS in Norway has entered into a partnering agreement with
Entra-selskapet Kjørboparken AS concerning construction of a new police
headquarters in Bærum, west of Oslo. The assignment is worth approximately SEK
202 million.

Bærum police station will move to the newly constructed building, which will
also include renovated premises. Construction will begin in the autumn and the
tenant is scheduled to relocate during the first quarter of 2009.

The new office building, including garage facilities, will cover approximately
4,600 square meters of floor space. NCC will also renovate two existing office
buildings with total floor space of 7,500 square meters.

Partnering is a structured cooperation format applied in the construction
industry, whereby the developer, consultants and contractors jointly resolve
construction assignments through open and trusting cooperation in which each
party contributes complementary professional knowledge throughout all stages of
the project.

Order registration will take place in the fourth quarter of 2007.
