Oriens Unveils Hotel Pure

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 30, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp. ("Oriens") (Pink Sheets:OTHM) (http://www.orienscorp.com), a travel and hotel management company, is pleased to unveil its theme hotel design today at www.HotelPure.com, the latest development of Hotel Pure in Costa Rica.

Oriens today unveiled Hotel Pure's web site (www.HotelPure.com), revealing the theme to be deployed for its chain of franchise hotels in China and Central/South America. The theme is taken directly from the atmosphere of Miami's South Beach in Florida. Oriens believes with this unique design, its hotels will find tremendous popularity.

Oriens is also pleased to report that its Hotel Pure design has been approved by the Chamber of Tourism of Costa Rica and that the company is allowed to operate a franchise chain of hotels bearing the Hotel Pure branding in the country. There are a large number of individually owned small hotels currently with zero exposure outside the country, therefore having a very low occupancy rate. The Chamber has proposed that Oriens negotiate with these hotels to operate under the Hotel Pure branding. Through the Chamber, negotiation has been scheduled to begin this week with the first of a few hundred of these hotels throughout the country. Further updates will be made available in the near future.
