Olympic Entertainment Group established a subsidiary in Romania. The registered company is named Olympic Exchange S.r.l. and its field of activity is providing the clients of Olympic Casino Bucharest S.r.l. with currency exchange services. Olympic Entertainment Group entered the Romanian market in the second quarter of 2007, acquiring 3 casinos of one of the most famous casino operators in Romania, Empire International Game World, in the capital of Romania, Bucharest. Today the company employs 150 people. Olympic Entertainment Group subsidiary Olympic Casino Latvia SIA sold its 25% holding in affiliated company Baltic Electronics SIA. Baltic Electronics SIA was obtained together with other Baltic Gaming AS companies in the end of 2005 and since the acquisition no economic activities have been performed. The operation is not to be treated as an operation with connected persons and the members of Olympic Entertainment Group Management Board and Supervisory Board are not interested in the operation in any other way. The transfer of the holding does not affect the activities of Olympic Entertainment Group. The vision of Olympic Entertainment Group is to become the biggest provider of casino entertainment in the Central Europe and to operate in at least ten countries by 2010. Today the group operates in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Romania, Ukraine and Poland.
