On October 30, 2007 Q Vara AS signed a sales-purchase agreement with OOD Delta Imoti on selling the 40% share of its Bulgarian subsidiary EOOD Q Delta. The sales price of the shares is 714 310 euro. In addition to the sales-purchase transaction EOOD Q Delta repays tha loan in amount of 3 222 658 euro that it received from AS Q Vara. Altogether the transaction value is 3 937 278 euro. The transaction amount will be reach Q Vara's account within ten days due to the process of registering the pledges and completing the international bank transfers. The sale of the remaining 20% of the EOOD Q Delta's shares owned by Q Vara is also agreed and the details of this transaction will be disclosed after signing the final agreements.
