The registered amendments of the Articles of Association of AB ”Rokiskio suris”

On 29th October 2007, the amendments to the Articles of Association of AB
“Rokiskio suris” were registered in the Register of juridical persons; the
amendments concern changing nominal value of ordinary registered shares of AB
“Rokiskio suris” from former 10 (ten) litas par value to 1 (one) litas par
value. 
Point 3.1 of the Articles of Association of AB „Rokiskio suris“ will be read as
follows: 
„The Authorised capital of the Company is 42 716 530 Lt (forty two million
seven hundred sixteen thousand five hundred thirty) litas. The Authorised
capital is divided into 42 716 530 Lt (forty two million seven hundred sixteen
thousand five hundred thirty) ordinary registered shares at par value of LTL 1
(one) litas “
