Sponda purchases office property in St Petersburg for USD 11.5 million

Real estate investment company Sponda Plc has purchased an office property for
USD 11.5 million from Baronnessa Trading Ltd. The property is in a central
location in the St Petersburg administrative district at the address Kaluzhskij
pereulok 3. The property comprises a total of 2730 m² of leasable office
premises and parking for 27 cars. The property is fully leased.
