The consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the nine months
of the year 2007, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting
Standards: 

- Net profit for the nine months of the year 2007 - LTL 87.2 million (EUR 25.2
million), for the nine months of the year 2006 (restated due to the change in
the accounting policy) - LTL 38.4 million (EUR 11.1 million); 

- Sales revenue for the nine months of the year 2007 - LTL 656.4 million (EUR
190.1 million), for the nine months of the year 2006 - LTL 549.2 million (EUR
159.1 million).
