OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki transfers the shares of Birka Line Abp to Observation segment on the grounds of the Rules of the Stock Exchange rule 2.1.8 article 4. Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö has disclosed its intention to raise a public offer in respect of the company. OMX Pohjoismainen Pörssi Helsinki siirtää Birka Line Abp:n osakkeet Arvopaperipörssin sääntöjen 2.1.8 kohdan 4 perusteella tarkkailulistalle, koska Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö on julkistanut aikomuksensa tehdä kyseisestä yhtiöstä ostotarjouksen.
