As at the same date, ISIN code DK0060101483 will be traded exclusive of T-ret
(subscription rights).
Erria carry out a rights issue of up to 700,595 new shares, each bearing a face
value of DKK 10 at a price of DKK 90. The new shares are subscribed for in the
proportion of 4:1. The news shares carry in full any dividend for 2007.
Subscription period: 15 November 2007 at 09.00 to 28 November 2007 at 17.00.
Please note:
Subscription of new shares will take place in a temporary ISIN (DK0060098911)
which will not be admitted to listing on OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen A/S.
The new shares will be listed in the existing ISIN code DK0060101483. Listing
is expected to take place on 4 December 2007 after the registration of the new
shares with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency; expectedly 30 November
2007.
