RAMIRENT PLC PRESS RELEASE 1.11.2007 Ramirent A/S Denmark acquires PM Materiel ApS rental operation Ramirent A/S, the Danish wholly-owned subsidiary of Ramirent Plc, has taken over the activities of PM Materiel ApS per 1 November 2007. PM Materiel rents out machinery and equipment for the building and construction industry, lifts and site units, primarily in Kalundborg and the nearby environment, and is there known by their high quality and level of service. The new department in Kalundborg is part of Ramirent's strategy to be local and to have a national coverage, and thus to offer present and new customers an even greater network and an even wider assortment. With the purchase, Ramirent has now totally 18 outlets in Denmark, six of which are on Zealand.
