Ziskin, Northrop Grumman Corporation's (NYSE:NOC) chief human resources and administrative officer, has been inducted as a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR), the highest honor accorded to chief human resource officers and other lifetime contributors to the human resource profession. NAHR Fellows are recognized by their peers as leaders in the profession, have meritorious national reputations for shaping human resource thinking and policy through scholarship and international influence, and have demonstrated an unfailing commitment to success.

Ziskin is responsible for all aspects of human resources and administration for the company. His experience includes the aerospace and defense, automotive, electronic components, information services and telecommunications industries.

Ziskin earned a bachelor's degree in management from Binghamton University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a master's degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. He is a board member or participant in several professional organizations including the HR Policy Association, Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California, Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell University and HR50.
