American Insulock Inc.: INSULOCK Block Now Available in Edmonton, Alberta

BURNABY, British Columbia, Nov. 5, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- American Insulock Inc. (Pink Sheets:AILKF) (CNQ:AIKI.U) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has delivered a 12 mold block producing machine to Exocore Industries Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

The equipment has been installed, tested, and is now in production. The INSULOCK Block is now available in Alberta.

Mr. Harold Reimer, President of Exocore Industries Inc. reports:

"First of all let me just say that I am very excited about our future with American Insulock and all the prospects and possibilities that we continually receive. We have met with 2 land developers in the last 4 weeks who are very keen on utilizing the block in their building projects.

"1. The first is a young businessman who would like to develop approx 160 acres into an equestrian community. This would be approx 50-60 high end homes with a central riding arena and stables. He is also looking at a centralized Geo Thermal field that would service all the heating needs for the community along with a communal water treatment plant. This is a very ambitious plan but he is determined to make it work so we have utilized our resources to assist with the project start up.

"2. The second is a 120-acre property in the town of Slave Lake, AB. The proposed development will be focused on providing affordable housing on a portion of the property and a much needed truck stop for the many oilfield/forestry drivers that frequent the area. Another ambitious project but it has garnered allot of attention none the less. Various technologies are also being explored for the project and studies are currently underway to determine what can and cannot be supported."

Exocore Industries Inc. already has a number of customer orders in queue and is currently negotiating a large contract in Central and Southern Alberta. "We are expecting high volume sales and have initial plans to deliver blocks to the entire Province."

Parties interested in purchasing blocks in the Alberta area can reach Exocore Industries Inc. at 780-484-3538.

American Insulock is currently negotiating with Exocore to deliver additional block making equipment.

The Company's core business is the manufacture and distribution of its brand of insulating concrete forms (known as INSULOCK(r) Blocks), together with the equipment that is used to manufacture these blocks. INSULOCK(r) Blocks are made of polyurethane rather than polystyrene (i.e., Styrofoam(r)), which is the material that is used by virtually every other manufacturer of insulating concrete forms. INSULOCK(r) Blocks are much stronger than polystyrene blocks and can be used to construct soundwalls and buildings that are highly effective at absorbing sound and that have an R-30 or R-38 heat insulating value.
