Axfood's sales October 2007 Consolidated net sales (excluding VAT) totalled SEK 2,481 m (2,385), a rise of 4.0% compared with the same period a year ago. Net sales for stores in Sweden owned by the Group rose by 1.7% for the month of October, with a 2.4% rise in like-for-like sales. Sales for the period January-October 2007 in wholly owned stores decreased by 0.1%, with a 0.4% rise in like-for-like sales. Consolidated net sales totalled SEK 24,017 m (23,809), an increase of 0.9%. Net sales for Axfood's stores (wholly owned and franchise units) rose 1.1%, with a 0.6% rise in like-for-like sales. Hemköp's sales (wholly owned and franchise units) increased by 4.4 % during the month, with a 1.5% rise in like-for-like sales. Accumulated sales increased by 1.1%, with a 0.1% rise in like-for-like sales. Net sales for Hemköp's wholly owned stores rose by 0.1% during the month, with a 0.2% decrease in like-for-like sales. Accumulated sales decreased by 3.4%, with a 1.1% decrease in like-for-like sales. Willys' sales rose by 2.3% during the month, with a 3.0% rise in like-for-like sales. Accumulated sales rose by 1.1% with a 0.9% rise in like-for-like sales.
