Montagu III has sold its stake in Open International to Towergate. Open International is the leading supplier of IT solutions to insurance brokers in UK and Ireland. The proceeds to Amanda have been accounted in Amanda's result in the third quarter 2007. Fenno Fund has sold its remaining shares in Affecto Plc. AffectoGenimap was listed in 2005 and changed its name to Affecto Plc in 2007. The proceeds to Amanda have already been accounted in Amanda's result in the fourth quarter 2007. The Nexit Infocom 2000 fund will distribute proceeds to Amanda from its partial exit in Ecrico and release of proceeds from the Hybrid Graphics exit.
