An Educational Series On the Specialty Automotive Equipment
                 Industry and Mizati Wheel Products

                          Series Article 3.3

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 7, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Mizati Luxury Alloy Wheels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MZTI) is pleased to announce the commencement of its "Investors Insight Series" to address many of the most popular information requests and questions about the Company's industry segments, general market conditions, and future outlook.

This is the final article in a series from October 24th, 2007 and October 31st, 2007. Grace C. Wang, Mizati's VP of Investor Relations, continues to address the questions posed:

Q. Talk about any "standard of quality control issues for wheels" manufactured in China.

Although a great percentage of automotive aftermarket products are imported from overseas manufacturers in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, and some European countries, China continues to play a dominant production role for this industry sector.

U.S. consumer products from China represent a significant amount of the market in 2007. Thirty years ago products were "Made in Japan," and 15 to 20 years ago they were "Made in Taiwan." Today it's "Made in China," and these products provide consumers worldwide with lower-cost, quality luxury items.

Indeed, in today's global economy, China plays a significant role in everyday life. Reaching this level of industrial transformation has demanded that the country directly address important issues that have arisen over the years.

From 'sweat shops' to 'child labor' to 'safety concerns' to 'quality control,' numerous governmental agencies from the Republic of China have been implementing and enforcing the critical laws and steps necessary to ensure compliance with all trading countries worldwide to further one another's economic success.

Similar to the USA's workers' compensation laws, China has new labor laws that an overwhelming majority of employers throughout the country adhere to. Minimum wages are also now required in every industry.

As you might imagine, safety and quality are the highest concerns for imported merchandise. As such, all Mizati wheels manufactured in China have to pass the ISO 9000, TUV, and JWL inspections before they can be loaded and shipped anywhere. But an extremely high level of quality control has always made Mizati's products superior. Hence the name, Mizati "Luxury" Alloy Wheels.

Hazel Chu, CEO of Mizati Luxury Alloy Wheels, Inc., states, "For the past six years, we are proud to say that Mizati's product return rate has been the lowest among industry leaders at less than 1%. Furthermore, the few returns that we have received have been for cosmetic issues relating to using the wrong cleaning materials or utilizing some abrasive method that may scratch or scrap the chrome finish."

In summary, the U.S. demand for the wheels and tires segment of the specialty equipment automotive aftermarket is big business and getting bigger.

Q. With Mizati posting one of the best quality control ratios industry wide year after year, some investors may ask, "How good are the Company's designs or how well have they been received?"

Approximately $10 million in product sales and corporate revenues over the last 36 months will begin to answer that critical question. And with the recent opening of Mizati's wholly-owned subsidiary, its rent-to-own store "Wheel Lots," and planned expansion into a growing chain of stores throughout Southern California, future expectations for this segment of the industry and Mizati Luxury Alloy Wheels have never been stronger.

"I hope all three articles can benefit our readers. And the idea of writing these not only served as a means to respond to consumers' questions, but also allowed Mizati fans to understand more about this industry," Wang added.
