RAMIRENT PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 7.11.2007 SUBSCRIPTION OF RAMIRENT SHARES WITH 2002B OPTION RIGHTS Based on the 2002B option rights, 160,392 new Ramirent shares have been subscribed for. The subscription price was according to the terms and conditions of the options programme 1.195 euros per share. The corresponding 17,242.14 euro increase in the share capital of Ramirent is expected to be entered into the Trade Register on 14 November 2007. After the increase, the share capital will be 11,685,081.87 euros and the number of shares 108,698,436. The new shares confer shareholder rights as from their registration with the Trade Register and are entitled to the same dividend as the old shares. Trading with the new shares is expected to commence on 15 November 2007. The subscription period for 2002B options expired on 31 October 2007 and there are no further options outstanding.
