Geveko acquires the roadmarking company Dartom in Poland

Geveko has acquired the contract roadmarking company Dartom with a
turnover which amounted to approximately SKr 15 million in 2006.
Dartom is located in Bialystok in East Poland. Dartom will be
integrated with the Geveko subsidiary Cleanosol AB, who among others
is responsible for the operations in Poland. Dartom and the contract
roadmarking companies GiK and Technom acquired this summer, will
together form the second largest player in Poland with an estimated
marketshare of 25% and a turnover of SKr 60 million. The companies
have  important strategic and geographical positions in Poland
covering areas where several road projects are under construction and
where infrastructure investments will continue during coming years."The acquisition of Dartom is the fourth during 2007 in Poland and
Slovakia. Together with other Geveko companies in the East European
