NCC to construct shopping center in Nyköping for SEK 213 million

NCC Construction has been commissioned by Invensis Invest AB to build a new
shopping center in Nyköping. The order is worth approximately SEK 213 million
and construction will be performed on a partnering basis. The shopping center
will be opened in October 2008.

Construction of Nyköping's new shopping center in Pål Jungs Hage has already
begun with blasting work. The 27,000-square-meter retail center will be finished
in stages between October 2008 and May 2009.
“All new establishments will contribute to the growth of the region. NCC's broad
experience of building shopping centers can be used in this interesting
project,” says Håkan Carlevi, NCC's Department Manager.

Several large retail chains have already decided to open stores in Pål Jungs
Hage.
“We develop regional retail centers and Pål Jungs Hage is very interesting with
its location next to the E4 expressway. It will become the natural shopping area
in the area,” says Mats Häggblom, Invensis Invest AB.

About 50 employees will be engaged in the project and order registration will
take place in the fourth quarter of 2007.

Partnering is a structured form of cooperation in the construction industry, in
which the developer, the consultants and the contractors jointly complete a
construction project, based on open and trusting cooperation, where everyone's
professional skills complement one another in all phases of the project.
