Including KIF Håndbold Elite First North now comprises 123 companies. The handball club, KIF Håndbold Elite, was founded in 1998 with the purpose to run professional elitist handball. A growing interest and thereby a growing commercialization of the sport meant that the level of ambition rose within the club. The purpose of joining First North is to financially strengthen the net capital in order to secure the continuing growth.
