The Nordic Exchange welcomes KIF Håndbold Elite to First North
Today the trading in KIF Håndbold Elite's shares commence on First North in
Copenhagen. Including KIF Håndbold Elite First North now comprises 123
companies.

The handball club, KIF Håndbold Elite, was founded in 1998 with the purpose to
run professional elitist handball. A growing interest and thereby a growing
commercialization of the sport meant that the level of ambition rose within the
club.

The purpose of joining First North is to financially strengthen the net capital
in order to secure the continuing growth. The joint ownership of Kolding
Hallerne will secure the facilities for the players, sponsors and the audience
and thereby also strengthen the business of the club further.

”We are happy to welcome KIF Håndbold Elite to First North. The company will be
registered under the sector Consumer Discretionary and is the second handball
club to join First North within a short time,” says Jan Ovesen, President, OMX
Nordic Exchange Copenhagen.

A round lot of shares in KIF Håndbold Elite, whose short name is KIF B, amounts
to 50. The company is included in the sector Consumer Discretionary.
